About Mission Recruit

Who We Serve

Mission Recruit is a certified minority and woman-owned recruiting firm based in the greater Atlanta area.

At Mission Recruit, we’re focused on making strategic hires that fit the company culture and technical needs of our clients. Our mission (pun completely intended) is to provide best-in-class recruiting services with a “pay-it-forward” mentality.

Who We Serve

We work with mid-to-large sized companies, primarily in the IT, Marketing, and Sales industries.

At Mission Recruit, you’re in good company. We believe in activating ideas and building solutions to thrive — across all sized companies, with all kinds of needs, within high-demand industries. This is precisely why we’re the first employment agency to incorporate Human Design (via workshops) as a key internal analysis strategy into corporate America. We work closely with our clients to understand how and where their potential candidates will best fit into IT, Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Sales positions. Our specific capabilities include contract, contract-to-permanent, direct hire, and Statement of Work (SoW) placements.

Why Human Design?

Human Design is the science of differentiation; it combines well-established principles in personality assessment with real-life experiences, to forge a powerful pathway to organizational success.

We get it — you’ve completed every personality assessment under the sun (i.e. Myers-Briggs, DISC, Kolbe, Enneagram, Strengthsfinder, etc.). Some of it really resonates and you even take it home with you to practice on your team, partner, or children. Yet, a lot of it is left to collect dust in a corner of your office.

Through Human Design, we learn and understand what motivates us and when we are out of alignment through a unique roadmap/analysis. Now more than ever, in this ever-changing business climate, we need something like Human Design in corporate America to optimize team performance without all the fluff.

At Mission Recruit, we offer team workshops to help our clients better understand individual employee blueprints and how to combine them to create a highly functioning team, minimizing poor performance and turnover.
