Frequently Asked Questions
You have questions & we have answers.
What type of positions does Mission Recruit fill?
We specialize in recruiting for mid-to-large corporate firms (e.g. Fortune 500) in the IT, Sales, Marketing, & Executive Leadership industries. Because we focus on these core industries, we’re able to recruit top talent at every level of hiring that your business may have. Our hiring capabilities range from entry level to top, senior executive roles.
What is Mission Recruit’s payment structure?
All Mission Recruit clients are invoiced the day each hired candidate starts his/her assigned role. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. For candidates in contract roles, we send invoices weekly and monthly, depending on our clients’ preferences. We are always open to discussing what payment schedule works best for your company!
I have a current staffing need — what are the next steps?
When you work with Mission Recruit, your organization will be assigned a dedicated account team who will learn to know your business and culture, inside and out. Our first task is to get to know your company; we’ll work together to define what makes a candidate a great match for you.
All of our recruiters have significant experience in their fields of expertise (from executive leadership to IT, and more). By utilizing our strong networks, we personally know exceptional candidates you won’t find on job boards! Once a candidate is selected for the role through the interview process, we’ll continue to our verification process. This may include skills assessments, reference checks, background checks, I-9 verifications, and additional screening as required.
We take care of the administrative processes involved in hiring to make your job easier. From negotiating salaries to onboarding, our dedicated team makes sure yours is set.
I'm a job seeker — how do you find me work?
Whether you’ve submitted your resume to a position we have posted or are interested in future opportunities, we’ll reach out to schedule a time to speak with you. Together, we’ll define search parameters so we’re only presenting opportunities aligned with your experience, passions, and skillset. When we find a match with an open role at one of our company partners, we proceed to our interview process.
If you’re selected for a role, we’ll continue to our verification process. This may include skills assessments, reference checks, background checks, I-9 verification, or additional screening, as required by our company partner. Before you start, you’ll work with your dedicated recruiter to understand or negotiate compensation and be aware of all the benefits offered to you.
