Delivering More Than Top Talent

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of everything we do. From the day we were founded, we planted our roots in philanthropy to serve our community and those who are struggling. We deliver on our passion and promise to CSR, but without our clients, we wouldn’t be able to make such a significant impact.

Making A Difference

At Mission Recruit, we are putting money where it matters by supporting women and men who have endured significant trauma through domestic violence and sex trafficking. With every placement made by Mission Recruit, we commit $100 each to Partnership Against Domestic Violence (PADV.org) and Out of Darkness (outofdarkness.org). These organizations are made possible through individual and corporate donors, and we are humbled to partner with these deserving programs.

A Gift to Get You Started

In addition to the monetary donations we make, we developed our own program – Operation Lightbox – to shine a light and bring joy to survivors. With every placement made by Mission Recruit, we deliver a package containing motivational gifts for professional and personal growth. This includes a candle, jade roller, inspirational book and handmade necklace.

Expanding Our Non-Profit Footprint

With a desire to expand our footprint to other deserving programs, Mission Recruit partners with any 501(c)(3) organization in our Profit for Non-Profits initiative. Any non-profit that recommends a client can count on 10% of that client’s profits going straight to their organization.

The best part – it is for the life of the contract!
