With over 15 years of experience in global recruiting, Patricia has collaborated with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 giants, garnering a wealth of experience that few can rival. Her desire to merge the finesse of major recruiting firms with the warmth and personalized touch of a boutique agency led her to establish Mission Recruit in Atlanta. Patricia began her journey in the recruiting industry with a global IT staffing behemoth, where she honed her skills before taking on pivotal roles with a national staffing front-runner. She is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and on the board of the US Pan Asian Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC).
